BreederCloudPro, operated by DD Solutions LLC ("us," "we," or "our"), provides the website at https://breedercloudpro.com, the BreederCloudPro web application, the Pet Portal, and BreederCloud Match (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service. Terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information We Collect
Account & Personal Data

When you create an account or use our Service, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Mailing address, city, state, ZIP/postal code
  • Business or kennel name
  • Login credentials (or social login tokens from Google or Facebook)
  • Subscription and billing information (processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store full credit card numbers)
Breeder & Animal Data

Breeders using the Service may store information related to their breeding program, including but not limited to:

  • Animal records (pedigrees, health records, litter information, registration numbers)
  • Contacts and buyer information
  • Contracts, invoices, and financial records
  • Photos and videos uploaded to the Service
Pet Portal & Buyer Data

Pet buyers who access the Pet Portal may have the following information stored by their breeder:

  • Name, email, phone number, and mailing address
  • Pet health records, vaccination schedules, and growth tracking data
  • Digital contracts and payment history
  • Messages exchanged with the breeder
Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, time spent on pages, device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (beacons, tags, scripts) to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

All payment transactions are processed through our third-party payment providers (Stripe and PayArc). When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to these providers using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account number on our servers. We may retain transaction records (amounts, dates, and last four digits of the payment method) for your account history and our financial records.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation or to comply with legal obligations. Upon written request, we will delete your account and associated Personal Data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:

  • Access – Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction – Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion – Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Data Portability – Request a limited export of core account and contact data (subject to the limitations described in our Terms & Conditions).
  • Opt-Out of Marketing – Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your Personal Data in good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
  • Protect against legal liability
Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your Personal Data, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure password hashing, session management, and two-factor authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your Personal Data, we will notify affected users by email and/or prominent notice within the Service within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, or as otherwise required by applicable law. We will also notify relevant authorities where required.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know – You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete – You may request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
  • Sale of Personal Information – We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Do Not Track

Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, you may disable cookies and tracking as described in the Cookies & Tracking section above.

12. International Users

Our Service is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.

13. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice within the Service prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
