Puppy Handling Fee $50 per hour
Understand that weather, airline delays, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect travel schedules which will inquire additional charges per hour.
Note: All travel expenses are in addition to the puppy purchase price.
the buyer requests delivery from the destination airport directly to their home, additional fees may apply, including:
• Vehicle rental fees
• Fuel expenses
• Toll charges
• Additional handling time at $50 per hour

Ground transportation does not require a health certificate. Ground Transportation Rates:
• $1.50 per mile +
50.00 per hour puppy handling fee
Additional expenses such as tolls, parking fees, and overnight accommodations (if required) may apply.
To ensure the highest level of communication and safety during transportation:
1. The buyer agrees to join the Life360 tracking system during transport.
2. Life360 allows both the buyer and breeder to monitor the transporter's location throughout the journey.
3. The transporter will provide updates, including photographs and/or videos of the puppy during transport.
4. Updates may be sent to both the buyer and breeder.
5. The puppy will remain safely contained and supervised throughout transportation.
6. Due to incomplete vaccination protection, puppies will not be placed on public ground surfaces during transport.
7. If the puppy soils its carrier or bedding, the transporter will clean and sanitize the area as needed.
8. Fresh water will be offered regularly and feeding schedules will be followed as appropriate for the puppy's age.

Arrive on time for airport pickup or delivery.
Provide accurate delivery information.
Maintain communication with the transporter.
Understand that transportation fees are separate from the puppy purchase price.

Have all remaining transportation fees paid prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The transportation service will be considered completed.
All transportation fees paid are non-refundable.
The buyer agrees not to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for transportation services that were scheduled and performed in accordance with this agreement.
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the buyer may result in the buyer being responsible for all collection costs, administrative fees, attorney fees, court costs, and any other expenses incurred in recovering the disputed funds, where permitte
Any additional expenses incurred due to the buyer's failure to receive the puppy will be the buyer's responsibility.
The puppy will be returned to the breeder listed on this agreement.
Any future transportation arrangements will require new transportation fees and scheduling based on availability.
By signing this agreement, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this No-Show Policy and understands that the safety and welfare of the puppy is the highest priority.
