CONSEQUENCES OF CHARGEBACK OR DISPUTE If a chargeback or dispute is initiated: • All Master List rights and future consideration are immediately terminated • Any puppy reservation or placement is automatically void*

COLLECTION & COST RECOVERY The Client agrees to be responsible for all costs related to a chargeback or dispute, including processor fees, administrative costs, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees, if applicable.*

GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Breeder’s state of residence.*

MASTER LIST PRIORITY RIGHTS Master List clients receive priority over all calling lists and the general public, including: • First notice of heat cycle • First notice of breeding • First notice of pregnancy confirmation • First notice of*

the holder understand that the time of a litter is uncontrolled as well as successful pregnancy. We A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer are not able to control the timing of heat cycles. I apply my name and understanding breeder can't control.*

In the event a reservation list (breeding pair) is canceled, I the holder will be given other upcoming options, I the holder know heat cycles/timing is not guaranteed I apply my name knowing heat cycles/time is not guaranteed and understand.*

I also understand it can take up to 1 year or 2 years to receive a puppy of sex of a color I desire. By acknowledging this, I affix my name and recognize that it will take this amount of time.

NO GUARANTEE / BREEDER DISCRETION The Client acknowledges: • Litter size, gender ratio, and color cannot be guaranteed • Placement of a puppy is not guaranteed • The Breeder retains the absolute right to retain puppies or decline placement&*

Whenever a litter is born at A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer, advanced holders are given the first opportunity to either. Pick a puppy or pass and wait for a future litter. I apply my name that I agree/understand on pick or pass for a future litter*

To clarify, once a litter is born, we review our advance list to determine if you are interested in a puppy from the current litter. I agree and my name to this statement.*

Should this be the case, we request an additional non-refundable hold of $400, making the total non-refundable hold $500. By affixing my name below, I consent to the terms and conditions related to the non-refundable hold fee of $400 as applicable. *

Notice to holders of non-refundable advanced reservations: A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer (breeder) will keep you updated on the upcoming litter via text message or email. By applying my name, I agree to this statement.*

A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer (breeder) will inform the holder of the breeding date, the ultrasound, and the birth date. I acknowledge this and affix my name to the statement.*

Please note that individuals who have paid the non-refundable reservation hold are expected to be available when the Miniature Schnauzer puppies reach the age of two weeks. By affixing my name, I confirm my understanding and agreement to this term.*

Selection proceeds as calls from non-refundable holders come in. If breeder cannot reach you within 20 minutes, Breeder will proceed to the next individual. I affix my name and acknowledge this statement.*

Please note that the breeder does not use X-rays to determine the expected number of puppies, and I am aware that ultrasounds do not provide an accurate count of the expected litter. I affix my name in agreement with this statement.*

I recognize that, regrettably, distressing events like the loss of a litter may happen. I am aware that my non-refundable hold will be moved to the next available litter or to a future one. With my name, I consent to these terms.*

For those interested in reserving a puppy with a tail, please note that the advanced non-refundable hold fee is $500. By applying my name, I acknowledge that the non-refundable hold fee is $500 instead of the previous $100. I apply my name.*

Should this be the case, we request an additional non-refundable hold of $500, making the total non-refundable hold $1000. By affixing my name below, I consent to the terms and conditions related to the non-refundable hold fee of $500 as applicable.*

I, the holder, understand that the non-refundable holding fee is higher because it may take the breeder longer to find a suitable placement. I apply my name to this statement and agree.*

NOTICE: PUPPY PICKING & PLACEMENT As the breeder, I am the voice and advocate for my puppies. A reservation or picking spot does not guarantee a specific picking order or puppy.

As the puppies grow, I evaluate their temperament, personality, energy level, and individual needs. I also consider each family's lifestyle to determine the best match.

Final puppy placement and picking order are at the breeder's discretion. My priority is always the puppy's health, well-being, and the best possible lifelong home.

By placing a reservation, I understand and agree to these conditions and understand that the breeder is making placement decisions in the best interest of the puppy.*
