My husband and I moved to the midwest from southern california. We stumbled upon the breeding profession by chance. We had always paid more pet rent than anyone we knew because we loved having a few dogs in our home. We made friends with someone that lived and worked with their dogs in an ethical breeding program and fell in love with the idea. We decided to revolve our lives around our dogs.
We wanted to be a birth home that puppies deserved, and that pet owners could be proud to share. We moved into a house accross the street from our veterinarian, and built birthing suites that would keep our dogs safe and comfortable. It was important to us to show the world we are providing the best care for our dogs so we became Canine Care Certified, Blue Ribbin Certified, AKC inspected, State inspected, and USDA inspected. Is it really being extra if we are showing how well we care for our dogs?
We are always learning to improve ourselves and our puppies. Being good enough is just not good enough for my sweet little angels. We prioritize health and behavioral wellness, and our family has grown to include our children that love to help socialize our puppies. Reading is homework until you read to the puppies, then it is a fun activity.
You can't beat the feeling of opening the door and seeing your dog excited to greet you. We want to send that stress-melting feeling to everyone. There is nothing better.
