I the holder understand that the time of a litter is uncontrolled as well as successful pregnancy.  We A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer are not able to control the timing of heat cycles.

A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer also have the right to cancel and reservation due to the best interest of the parents involved (The health of our parent dog's paramount to having a litter).

In the event a reservation list (breeding pair) is canceled, I the holder will be given other upcoming options, I the holder know heat cycles/timing is not guaranteed

I also understand it can take up to 1 year or 2 years to receive a puppy of sex of a color I desire.

Whenever a litter is born at A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer, advanced holders are given the first opportunity to either. Pick a puppy or pass and wait for a future litter.

Should this be the case, we request an additional non-refundable hold of $400, making the total non-refundable hold $500. By affixing my signature below, I consent to the terms and conditions related to the non-refundable hold fee of $400 as applicable. (

Notice to holders of non-refundable advanced reservations: A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer (breeder) will keep you updated on the upcoming litter via text message or email. By applying my signature, I agree to this statement.

 A' Lord Miniature Schnauzer (breeder) will inform the holder of the breeding date, the ultrasound, and the birth date. I acknowledge this and affix my signature to the statement.

Please note that individuals who have paid the non-refundable deposit are expected to be available when the Miniature Schnauzer puppies reach the age of two weeks. By affixing my signature, I confirm my understanding and agreement to this term.

Selection proceeds as calls from non-refundable holders come in. If breeder cannot reach you within 20 minutes, Breeder will proceed to the next individual. I affix my signature and acknowledge this statement.

Please note that the breeder does not use X-rays to determine the expected number of puppies, and I am aware that ultrasounds do not provide an accurate count of the expected litter. I affix my signature in agreement with this statement.

I recognize that, regrettably, distressing events like the loss of a litter may happen. I am aware that my non-refundable hold will be moved to the next available litter or to a future one. With my signature, I consent to these terms.

(PART A) I acknowledge that after the litter is born, I may not request a puppy of a specific sex or color. Should this be the case, I have the option to apply a non-refundable hold towards another.  

(PART B) I acknowledge that the breeder cannot predict the number of male or female puppies in the current or future litters, and by signing, I agree to this condition in PART A, PART B.

(Part A - Transportation) I acknowledge that I am responsible for all transportation costs for the puppy I select. The breeder has indicated on the website that a transportation service is available for holder(s) use.

(Part B-Transport) I understand that the breeder provides ground service only to certain locations indicated on website. If I, the holder, am outside breeders service area, then I the holder am responsible for arranging the transport and or pickup of pup.

(Part C-Transportation) The breeder also provided information on the website of a transporter. All Aboard Transport LLC is available to holder if holder choses their service. 

(Part D-Transportation) I can select and arrange my own transportation service if I prefer. I am aware that the puppy can be transported only via ground or by a flight nanny, if holder cannot pick up puppy at the breeder's home.

(Part E-Transportation) I acknowledge that transportation fees are separate from the breeder's fee. I am aware that there are two separate contracts that I must adhere to. 

(Part F-Transportation) I understand that the selected puppy must be paid for in full 10 days before the transport service pickup. Payments can be made via credit card, which includes a 4% convenience fee, or through Venmo.

By affixing my signature, I express my agreement with Parts(Transportation) A, B, C, D, E, and F.

 I, the undersigned, hereby agree to pay the breeder in full at the time of collecting the puppy from the breeder's premises. I understand that the breeder accepts only two types of payment. My signature below signifies my agreement to these terms.

The holder agrees to pay the breeder in cash or by credit card at the time of pickup, acknowledging a 4% convenience fee. By applying my signature, I agree to these terms.

The breeder will provide holder with an approximate date for pickup. Before the pickup, holder agrees to arrange a veterinary appointment within 72 hours of receiving the animal. By signing, I express my agreement to this condition.

The current holder may only decline a litter twice if a puppy is available. Upon the second refusal, they must reapply and pay an advanced non-refundable holding fee. I acknowledge and understand this policy and affix my signature in agreement.

For those interested in reserving a puppy with a tail, please note that the advanced non-refundable hold fee is $500. By signing, I acknowledge that the non-refundable hold fee is $500 instead of the previous $100. I apply my signature.

Should this be the case, we request an additional non-refundable hold of $500, making the total non-refundable hold $1000. By affixing my signature below, I consent to the terms and conditions related to the non-refundable hold fee of $500 as applicable.

I, the holder, understand that the non-refundable holding fee is higher because it may take the breeder longer to find a suitable placement. I apply my signature to this statement and agree.
