. Boarding Requirements
• Age: Minimum 16 weeks
• Vaccinations: Must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Bordetella must be given at least 1 month before boarding.
• Parasite Prevention: Pets must have veterinarian-prescribed flea prevention. Proof required.
• If fleas are present upon arrival, treatment will be provided at owner’s expense.
Boarding Rates
• $35/day for the first dog
• $30/day for each additional dog
• $35 Per Dog Non-Refundable Pre-Booking Fee required to reserve a spot
• Late Check-Out Fee: Pets staying past 12:00 pm will incur a $15 late check-out fee
What’s Included
• Your pet stays inside our home, not in a kennel building
• Please bring your dog’s regular food to avoid upset stomachs
• If you prefer, we can provide food for $2/day per dog
• Medications will be administered as directed at no extra charge
• Secure, fenced outdoor potty/play areas – exercised at least 4 times daily
• Optional add-ons such as special treats, enrichment activities, or extra exercise are available for an additional fee

Boarding Agreement & Release
I understand that my pet’s health cannot be guaranteed. I certify that my pet is free of communicable diseases and internal/external parasites. If fleas or flea dirt are present upon arrival, my pet will be treated at my expense.
If my pet becomes ill, A’Lord Home Dog Boarding / Darlene Alford Zapp will make every effort to contact me or my alternate emergency contact. If I cannot be reached, I authorize treatment as deemed necessary and agree to pay all associated veterinary costs.
A’Lord Home Dog Boarding / Darlene Alford Zapp is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left with my pet (toys, bedding, etc.).
I understand that I am financially liable for any severe damage caused by my pet to property or personal belongings while in boarding care. Normal wear and tear is expected, but destructive or aggressive behavior resulting in significant damage will be billed to me as the owner.
If I do not pick up my pet within 5 days of the scheduled pick-up date and have not made arrangements, my pet will be considered abandoned.
